Job Description

  • Act as a point person/ in-charge for implementation and monitoring of ATL/BTL, Trade Marketing as well as Social Media (promos, complaints, etc.) activities of brands.
  • Coordinate with other departments requests of agencies (payment follow-up, pick up and return of goods schedule) and Sales people (product intros, promo mock-ups, etc.)
  • Assist in the project development and coordination regarding new products for launching--packaging, label designs, formulation, pipeline forecasts, and marketing plan.

Assistant Route and Load Planner

Job Description

  • Assist Route and Load Planning Associate in ensuring on-time delivery of valid orders to customers at the least cost possible.
  • Assist Route and Load Planning Associate in managing delivery fleet by ensuring optimal utilization and maintain roadworthiness of all delivery trucks especially during sales cut-off
  • Assist in crafting a route and load plan of all approved orders scheduled for delivery
  • Assist in coordinating with Warehouse Team all orders scheduled for delivery
  • Assist in scheduling appropriate truck, driver and number of helpers for each group of order that also corresponds to load plan.
